I noticed it was odd that we didn't have it on the agenda like the county (Legislature). I think a 30-second moment of private reflection would be appropriate.

If we're wasting water here, it implies there is water to waste. Getting our own house in order is the best way to hold off those outside the region who view the lakes as a giant canteen for their convenience.
