"David Conrad Coutts" is a Canada/Canadian politician, who previously represented the electoral district (Canada)/electoral district of Livingstone-Macleod in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta. He is a member of the Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta/Progressive Conservative Party. He was first elected in the Alberta general election, 1993/1993 election, and was re-elected three times before declining to seek re-election in the Alberta general election, 2008/2008 election.
