"David A. Cardwell", Royal Academy of Engineering/FREng, is a British people/British superconducting engineer. He is a Academic ranks in the United Kingdom/professor of superconducting engineering, head of the Cambridge University Department of Engineering and a fellow of Fitzwilliam College. In 2012, Cardwell was elected as a fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
