It's nice to have this part of the mission done. It's been a long week.

But we're not really sure what we can do with it. We don't know enough about the atmosphere, and this is the first instrument of its type. So we don't know what we're going to find out, so that makes it exciting.

Usually, the way these things work is that you have some ideas when you launch.

It's turning out to be a long wait.

Just by looking at the data and studying it and realizing that there are certain characteristics and signals in there, you can measure other things or look at things in different ways.

Some things fell through the cracks.
