January was mild and snow free and this is a slap back to reality.

This past week was an exceptionally cold week in a good portion of the country. It took until yesterday (Saturday) to get to the East Coast. This was the coldest week of winter in the west and central part of the country.

The big concern right now is fire. A good day of rain shouldn't upset anyone right now.

We are in full swing now. We are very well received wherever we go.

We had one make a direct strike, in 1821. We believe, by all records, it was a Category 3, with 112 mph sustained winds. It looks like it came ashore in Cape May, essentially following the current path of the Garden State Parkway. It devastated the state and Philadelphia.

It's been a winter when we've oftentimes seen some pretty rapid fluctuations, You can't make anything more than that out of one year's variability. One year just can't do it. You'd want to see it frequently, two out of three years.
