I'm trying to get my message out without spending a lot of money.

It's a situation where there might be some uncomfortable moments. But everybody is a professional and everybody understands what's going on. We'll just have to live with it from day to day. I think our guys have been through enough that they understand the business and they know what's going on.

We expect them to take on more responsibility this season and we are extremely excited to have this deal in place.

Technicians don't have to look at maps, don't have to call the customers for directions and don't get lost. When you are talking about 11,000 technicians, even if you save them 10 minutes a day, it is a huge ROI.

I think we acted on the best information that we had.

Now, things are different. Mike admits he has a lot to prove. There has been a definite change to the way he approaches the game at this time in his life. He cares about the game and has come back with a great work ethic to lead this team. Whether he wears the 'C' or not, he is the face of this team and that means a lot to him. He wants that responsibility.

At this time, everybody believes that anybody can play with anybody and do not get here by not believing in themselves.

The game has to be played on the ice and you have to have passion, discipline and patience to find a way and we didn't do that.
