We didn't launch a feud with Fort Myers. What we were pointing out was the relativity of risk. What we did was gently point out that not coming to London was a risk.

London deserves better than this. We can't believe that, with the clock ticking, there are no talks and no plans for talks.

We are delighted for them. It really will be a life-changing experience. They really will be getting a warm welcome on the streets of London.

We're delighted parents will be able to voice their views, and make a binding decision one way or the other. Should they come, we can guarantee London will give them the warmest of welcomes.

We have been planning this event for two years. We have got 10,000 performers from all over the world, 4,500 of whom have raised their own funds to be here, and what has London done? Really let them down.
