Palisade executed in key situations, and I don't think that game was a 35-0 game, if you know what I mean. (Moffat) did a pretty good job of stuffing Palisade, whenever they absolutely had to. So, its not like Palisade ran up and down the field on Moffat County.

Honestly, I was expecting that, and others may expect that, but we have a good group of kids, and we aren't making excuses about being young. We need to produce more points.

We know Glenwood has good kids. They've had good kids for a long time. We just tried to make our adjusts and put a stop to what they were doing. Fortunately, our kids were able to do what we asked of them.

A few of the things we learned (by watching the Palisade game) is that Moffat is not down. Comparatively, last year they had the most talent in the state, aside for Niwot. So most anybody would be down compared against that. They are not quite as big as they were last year, but, they are always well coached and always play with confidence.

Everybody keeps saying we're young because we lost 21 seniors. But we're not young, we're just inexperienced. For us, it's about executing the small plays. We didn't do that very well tonight, and it hurt us. That's my fault.

That was my fault.
