It's a lot to take in, a lot to think about. It's been a major challenge (in Oceanside) to fit the uses with what's required (by local law).

This is just to post all of our information on the Web site so it's available to anyone, anywhere.

I would definitely like a 'cutesy' bus (NCTD won't do).

Any time we can get (transit occupancy tax) to help the city, I'm interested.

I cannot believe what has happened to this neighborhood. It's beyond outrageous.

There's nothing wrong with being open. I do not consider this more government. I consider it good government.

If there is a substantial variation, it should go back before the commission.

It's unbelievable. With the background we had on that transit center parking lot, now this soil ends up in a residential neighborhood. How?

Thank God for the Coastal Commission.
