It's alleged that after he left the apartment, a subject approached him, attempted to rob him, which resulted in him shooting the robbery suspect. The subject was dead on arrival of police officers and fire-rescue.

It appears this child actually ended up under the car, and the car drove over the child without actually hurting it, and without having the undercarriage of the car hit it.

The son does not live here. The son was told to leave and he came back later. He forced his way back into the residence and made threats against his parents. It was at this time his father advised he shot the son.

At this point, we are preliminary into the investigation. Until we conclude it, we don't have all of the details of what took place. This will be a joint investigation between the Sanford Police Department and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
