Every run presents a different set of problems. I can't control what (opponent) they're doing at all. So it means nothing. Everybody has weekends or days or runs where they made mistakes. That's kind of what drag racing is all about. Who puts together a run with less mistakes than the other guy.

Biggest issue to any race track, as far as being quick, is its location. The closer to sea level you are, the quicker the car can make horsepower. Any time you walk outside and it feels good to you, your race car motor feels the same way. Cool weather makes the cars go fast. No doubt about it.

It's amazing what that team can do with what it has. We have a huge trailer with all kinds of equipment and they have a little trailer with just a car in it. But they are amazing and they're getting closer.
