We need to mature and grow up.

He's a great role player. He's our most respected player and one of our captains. He's always positive, always upbeat and plays so hard every night.

I'm all for it. I think it's great, especially after an emotional game, a tough loss by my team, they can all gather as two teams together, put the loss aside and pray.

With this group being so unstable, we have to just concentrate on making the playoffs. We can win three in a row and we can take it from there. We have the talent to do so.

While he was playing during the summer, Dave landed on his shoulder and hurt his shoulder. He wasn't able to play at all for three months, so this year has almost been a waste for him. But he does everything we ask of him and he plays hard. He just needs to get a little stronger.

He's going to get his degree in four years, and I am so happy for that kid to be able to do that.

Right now, he's just trying to get the rust off. He hasn't played competitively in a long time, so it's taking time. He's very talented offensively and I think he's going to be very good for us before he's through.

I think he finally was starting to realize he wasn't being a model citizen and he needed to mature and grow up and he was ready to do that. And he has been excellent since his return and done everything we have asked of him.
