We simply must start making our roads safer for Oklahomans to travel. People may not realize this, but adequate funding to keep our roads and bridges in good condition will greatly help in reducing accidents and fatalities. Things such as paved shoulders and median barriers are the types of road-design elements we need to implement more of across our state.

Perhaps, maybe we've seen the low point for this cycle. But I don't really anticipate a price jump. I think the impact may be just a nickel or a dime over the next few weeks.

We're seeing quite a bit of cold weather, particularly in the northeastern states. As a result, they're using more home heating oil. That puts pressure on heating oil, crude oil and gasoline prices.
