The first inning was huge. Greg did a great job getting the runner over and the next thing you know we drove him in. That was huge. Pat looked great in the top half of the first, so we knew if we could get him a lead, he could settle in and go from there.

But the way we came back, twice, showed some character. As young as we are, that's a big thing for us at this point in the season.

There is a lot of parity in the league. I think we're back to a more level playing field.

Brian is a really good player, he's one of the better juniors in the state.

We expect him to play a lot this year. He's a real quality player, contact hitter right now. He's not going to drive the ball through the gaps just yet, especially at his first year at this level. But he's very disciplined at the plate.

Most of the complaints we get are from pedestrians. But we're not sitting on piles of money and community needs sometimes outweigh our sources.

It was exciting for me just to go down there and show people what I could do.

Oh I knew about him. I heard he was the best running back in Akron history. Now, he's a real good role model.

That really seemed to get us going.
