It was an incredible win for us tonight. We beat a very good Salem team that will be going to the state tournament.

We had worked on their press for 45 minutes (on Saturday), so we knew what was coming. I told the team that we played at the end, and not to the end. We didn't play 32 minutes, and we missed 24 shots in the paint. We made lazy passes (in the first half) against an athletic team.

We did a nice job defensively, with stop after stop after stop, but we couldn't convert at the other end.

Everson was very tough in the middle. I think he was the only kid on the team to play a complete game. I also saw some good things from Leonard. Eddie is a tough kid both physically and mentally. He has to score and set up other people to score.

My kids did everything they had to do. And I'm incredibly happy with how they played.

He's outstanding. He's had a great career. I've said to him before that I want to show up at graduation and give him his diploma just to make sure he's not coming back.

I thought we started out tough, but then we took a lot of bad shots.

We did everything we had to on that play. It was just a great player making a great shot. If he takes that shot 10 times, nine of them don't go in. Vince just made an unbelievable shot.
