Losing Craig was a big blow to us.

He has something and has worked hard and we will continue to assess his chances of a longer-term contract.

I certainly wouldn't be where I am now if it wasn't for him. I learned a lot from Craig and his biggest asset is his ability to lead from the front, although he also has a good manner about him.

It is terrific for us as Ross has been a great servant.

It's now about how we react to the defeat in our cup-tie on Saturday and then the three or four league matches after that. They will go a long way to deciding our top-six aspirations.

In the second half we were totally dominant and a lot of that was to do with our defensive qualities.
