It's unprecedented. This is a blowout bid for the state.

There is only one relevant transaction, anything that's even close to this, and that's the Skyway deal. We are talking about, how do you operate something that's already built?

Given the needs of the state and the jobs this creates, how could the state pass this up. As the governor has said, this is the equivalent of winning the lottery. And do we want to tear up the check?

If this is the best solution our loyal opposition can provide, then I guess I'm really disappointed.

The purveyors of state bankruptcy are at it again. This isn't a plan. This is a joke.

It's a big step forward, and shows that a majority of the legislators support this. We expect it will ultimately become law.
