The 6,015 acres in question constitute only three one-hundredths of 1 percent of the land in the state of Maine. There are literally millions of acres adjacent to Baxter State Park where hunting can, will and should continue.

All of that development scattered across the landscape _ we focused on bringing it to Rockwood and Greenville and Big Moose Mountain.

I'd prefer to just say what it is I'm talking about. I think using the term traditional use is counterproductive to good policy discussions. It's a buzz word.

My first impression is they really didn't listen to Maine people.
