We offered more than ample evidence in my view of a lack of facilities. We would disagree with that portion of his finding.

At the end of the day, the General Assembly has to pick an early enough age with an adequate learning environment so when a child enters school that child can learn.

All I have ever wanted in the 12-plus years of this litigation is recognition that the children we represent are not provided the opportunity to learn. I now have that court order.

We do not think we will appeal because, essentially, we won the case. We are extremely pleased and have a court ruling that we can use to enhance our children's opportunities.
