Currently, here in the United States, we have very limited capacity to build vaccines. They are working on it, but [faster vaccine production] is not going to happen in the next year or two. It's going to take time.

This is a very valuable opportunity to have open and frank dialogue as a country about the potential for this kind of thing happening. It may not happen in the next week or year, but history has proven that we will see another pandemic. And you should take the opportunity to plan now while you can do so rationally and not in the heat of the moment.
