It's been money well spent. We're giving people their money's worth. Players want to play for exciting teams so we want free agents who want to sign here. That will make it so our fans see an entertaining team that wins more.

Somebody is going to have to go in there and lose a bit of money for a year or two for it to work. It's the only way it's going to be turned around.
