[Still,] what I think is best for the city is redeveloping the whole site, ... It will have a dramatic impact on the whole city of Richmond Heights. All the homes (to the east of that area) will see large increases in value.

The state has asked the city and other agencies to plan for evacuation plans to plan for larger numbers as they try to encourage people to leave their home areas in the event there is a storm.
