This was a good tournament, regardless of the outcome. This was a team that gave us a precise feedback of where we stand. Leading up to the match I really didn't want it to settle in with the kids that this was a given loss. I think all of us kind of knew it could go either way.

He's playing incredible. With Chris' game I'm really starting to see how he functions inside that. His swing doesn't change on a good or bad day. He plays according to where his confidence is. When his confidence is up, he plays unbelievable. It's all confidence with him.

That's golf and that's what makes it a great game. Everybody can find a stroke here or there, and you realize the importance of it in such a competitive district like this.

They hung together throughout the match. They played their best and I think we're where we needed to be going into the match.
