Looking back on it now, I know a lot more now than I did then. I wish I knew back then what I know now. It would have made it a lot easier.

Actually, guard is a little bit easier. There's less stuff to worry about, less stuff to evaluate. At guard you're concentrating more on just moving the person, rather than directing everybody else.

I don't have any expectations as far as playing time. The right man is going to play at the right position.
