The camaraderie he and I have built is good. We're pushing each other.

It was a simple service, with words from Stuart's uncle on behalf of the family and from me, on behalf of the band.

I don't know how happy people are to see me here, as far as the way things went down.

I don't have two good knees anyway. Every day I progress, this (left, good) knee is going to get sore because of old (injuries.) They just repaired one little problem out of 20.

I'm a big Steve Nash fan, have been since he's been in the league. I wanted to play with Amaré (Stoudemire) and Jimmy (Jackson, a Miami teammate). It was the fit and the opportunity to be alongside Kurt Thomas and Amaré. They made a great run, especially during the regular season. It definitely helped to have a great chance of getting out of the West and making a championship run.

I've always wanted to be a main part of a team but not have things fall upon my shoulders.

The points are definitely secondary. If I snatch the thing and throw the outlet, I know the camera is going down the other way and something good's happening.

I have just lost one of the finest people I have ever worked with or been lucky enough to know. He was a great guy and, I know there will be a lot of people will feel the same way.

My role would definitely be to defend, go after some rebounds and take some pressure off Amaré.

He's someone I have a lot of trust in. He said he's thought about me coming here the past two years. Now that the opportunity came up, he brought my name up a lot.

It hangs with you.
