"Brian Flaherty" is an Irish people/Irish hurling/hurler who currently plays as a substitute right wing-back for the Galway GAA/Galway senior team.

Flaherty joined the team during the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 2012/2012 championship, but has remained on the fringe of the panel. An All-Ireland medalist in the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship/minor grade, Flannery has won one Leinster Senior Hurling Championship/Leinster medal in the senior grade as a non-playing substitute.

At club level Flaherty plays with the Abbeyknockmoy GAA/Abbeyknockmoy club.
