One of the things James and I have set out to do with the chamber is a back-to-basics approach with membership recruitment and programs.

By all accounts, it's been successful in Westminster and Southern Pennsylvania. It seems a good fit in Owings Mills. It's accessible to middle America.

The chamber was a strong proponent of Red Run as commercial use. I don?t think residential housing is the way to go along that strip.
