Foul trouble killed us. We didn't get to do what we wanted to do. We wanted to pressure them, but that was taken out by the foul trouble. We settled into a zone defense and they shot the ball over us. You have to give Morton credit. They got the good looks and knocked down the shots.

We played great team basketball. This was an opportunity to play everyone and look at a lot of different combinations. I'm pleased with how the kids played coming off the bench. They did a really good job.

We stayed close with them, but their long-range shooting hurt us. Morton beat us, plain and simple.

The girls kept on working and they deserve the credit for the success we've had this season. I'm proud of everyone who stuck it out. The girls worked hard all season and I can't say enough of how proud I am of them.

It was our offense. They stuck with it, but (scoring) was like pulling teeth. As long as they stick with it, they'll be OK. It wasn't pretty, but we'll take it.

We are happy. We're at the point where we are taking it one game at a time. I think the girls have really got some confidence rolling; they are really playing as a team. The effort is always there every night. That's something I can't complain about.

That was kind of a rough way to start the first inning.

It was one of those days where we hit the ball where they weren't. If we continue to make plays, we'll continue to be successful.

We have the firepower to do that. A lot of it is as long as the kids stay patient and keep executing, eventually it's going to go.
