I think it's very important in their development, and in our development as a program, to try and get guys in these leagues. These games are obviously going to help you develop.

Depending on the situation, you work to two strikes and attack, but you make him hit your pitch. That's something that the guys are aware of. We want guys to pitch to their strengths.

We feel that there are nine winnable games left. And we really want to end the season on a positive note and take our four seniors out on a positive note. We really want to prove something-that we're a better team than what we started out as.

We want them [the players] to go somewhere where they're going to be able to play. You have to be careful where you're placing guys. You want to place them in a league where they're going to get an opportunity. You want one you're familiar with.

It starts really early, at the end of the summer. Then, at this time of the year, spots open up because of injuries and other things.
