It's nice to be mentioned in the same breath as some of the teams in the 70s. When you're playing well, winning can be contagious.

It's a difficult task to win four games in any series against any team. That's a good ball club over there, so we're happy.

His coming was a godsend. We needed that personality to guide the museum through the early days. When he came on board, it was a foregone conclusion that it would be a success.

Those two types of pitchers complement each other well. Anytime you give up four hits with aluminum bats in any game is a pretty good pitching performance. Adam and Matt were outstanding today.

It is something we have to address. We aren't going to win many close games by making those types of plays. Those were routine plays and there are no excuses for the way we're kicking the ball around right now.

It's tough to be up for every game but it's something we have to do. There's no team in Division I that can't beat us.

Dusty did a great job and you could tell he wanted to be out there in that situation.

He basically has a patent on that type of performance. He's done a great job as a both a closer and set-up man for us before, so it was nice to see him pitch well as a starter, too.

Matt hasn't been out there much. He hasn't been in that situation often. However, when it's all said and done, he is going to be a factor.

The conditions were tough for both teams, especially around the creases. Me and Kevin struggled a lot in the first half, trying to get the shots with the footing and everything like that. We only scored three [goals] in the second half but it was enough to get the win today.

I'd like to see us become more consistent on defense, but there were some good plays that kept us in the game. We struggled some offensively, but had some clutch hits, and pitched well enough to win a close game.
