We give the kids a chance to make some foods and to try different fruits and vegetables.

This program isn't about dieting. It's about healthy eating. We want to teach kids how to control their calorie intake by encouraging them to make healthier choices for snacks.

That program was successful. Most of the kids who were in it did lose weight.

We've tried to make it fun with lots of activities and prizes. There will be a fishing booth, hula hoop give-away, face painting, a clown, lots of fun stuff.
