It kind of eases the pressure off the shooters outside. It's nice having a big inside presence like Shaun.

Yorkville was shooting lights out and they took advantage early. But we hung around and got that run late in the first to get back in it.

It's going to be great. Playing for a regional championship, that's awesome. It's a game that both teams are going to remember for a long time. It should be fun.

They wanted to slow the game down, and we kind of played into their hands a little bit. They set the tempo for the game, and that's why it was as close as it was.

We're happy that we're in the championship. But we know to beat Larkin, we're going to have to shore up our defense and play a better overall game.

Batavia's too good of a team. You can't make mental mistakes. They're just too good. If we're on top of our game and we come out ready to play, hopefully it will be a good game for us.

We stayed composed because we know what we can do, and we just want to stay within ourselves and play our game. We didn't let the crowd or the atmosphere rattle us. We just did what we do.

Shaun's been really working on his free throws. Those points are big because when he gets the ball down low he's either going to score or get fouled. To convert on the free throw line, that's huge for us.
