They both played extremely solid, very consistent in all aspects of their games. If we can get a little run going for Derek or just a few more putts to fall for Ed, they are both on the verge of just busting out. I just love the consistency of how both are playing under par virtually every round. Both only had a couple of mistakes that kept them from scoring lower.

I try and teach the game just as coach Simpson did. We use his techniques every single day. Many of our players single out his one-liners, so it's easy to see that he's always on our minds.

Coach Simpson did that when I played and it worked out pretty well, so I'm carrying on the tradition.
