Basically, what they would learn (at the seminar) is how to take a topographical map, an aerial photo, or both, and be able to look at that map and be able to pick out strategic funnels that mature bucks would use in moving around.

Nobody knows it all. I don't, hunters in Indiana don't, and none of the guys in Texas do. We've all got something to learn every year.
