The more people are vocal about the risks in the secondary market, the better it's going to be for consumers overall. Why would you go to an unauthorized site when you can go to a site and get a ticket that you know is going to get you in.

We'll continue doing new things with technology, to give not only our clients what they want, but what consumers want. If it's something that's going to help sell tickets, we'll do it.

None of us were there. Only she knows what she dialed. And she can be real adamant. But then again, if you look at a phone book, there might be six or seven ticket companies all in a row.

That helps our clients actually get more butts in seats.

As consumers and as clients become more familiar with these offerings, you're going to see less in the unauthorized secondary marketplace, and you're going to see more transactions taking place in the authorized marketplace.
