Kari and I did this for the players. We wanted the guys to have a first-rate building to call their football home.
It was a good win. Orland is a pretty good football team.
We played with some emotion and I felt really good about that. Offensively, we got some things on track.
The kids did a great job. We ran the ball very well against them.
I felt at times we did a pretty good job stopping their running game, ... They had good speed on their defense. We punted way too many times.
We really need to improve offensively that's the first goal.
But the kids have practiced well the past couple of days and were looking forward to Orland this Friday.
That's a very difficult fine line for that person to walk. It raises concern as to what's going on.
It's a rivalry from the old Westside League.
