In ninth grade and 10th, he did basketball, [but] I always told him to wrestle. Basketball wasn't working out for him.

Wrestling is a busy, busy sport. You really don't have enough time to do anything. Sometimes, though, I'll put in a rhyme or two, go down to the studio. That's basically how I fill in all my time. Wrestling, rapping and school.

Because a lot of people [who] know they're good like to keep it and hold it to themselves. They don't want anybody else to be good so they can get all the recognition, but I don't feel that way.

I was trying to do everything to get him back on the team. But when he wasn't on the team, I felt like I wasn't all there.
