"William “Billy” H. Mann" is an United States/American songwriter, record producer, creative executive, music publisher (popular music)/music publisher, and founder/CEO of independent music publishing company Green & Bloom/Topline, as well as chairman of management firm Manncom.
Over a 20-year period, Mann has built his career from street musician to recording artist to entrepreneur and music industry executive.
