We've been down 10 or 12 points before. The girls realize there are four quarters in a game, and you have to play all four.

This is very important for us. The girls needed to find out that they can win without Tanya. To actually go out and win a game against a quality opponent like Trinity is a huge boost for us.

Here's what we talked about (after the game). Every game we lost this year, or games where we had big leads and lost those leads, what we did to allow teams back in it was foul them. We reach, we gamble and we foul. That's something we've had a problem with several times this year.

Liz was our best hitter. She is a three-year starter, and is very strong. She could hit the ball real hard.

We held them to nine points in the first half, so our defense played very well (in the first half).
