This is about Dennis Tito, not the greater issue of space tourism. We are not going to let him be the wedge to drive us apart.

I hope this shows people that we're coming back. We've got some more work to do. We know what we need to do and we'll do it.

The [USS] Greeneville incident points out the unintentional consequences of non-professional people being in inherently hazardous operations.

My compliments to your fellow countrymen up there in Canada for the work that they have done, ... They've been with us all along in the return to flight effort and I think they have done a magnificent job.

They committed themselves to stay up there as long as was needed to get the job done.

This was certainly the most documented flight in shuttle history.

It's going to be a new beginning for the space shuttle program.

I hope this shows people that we're coming back.
