We did not contain their perimeter people and we put them on the line too many times.

I know our players are very proud of Mac Court and they love to defend it with passion and pride. It's a big lift for us coming home.

We are going to have to dig a little deeper. Our road trip to Arizona last weekend, we've competed well down there. Now it's taking it to the next level. I look at our team and we are struggling to find a consistent group of go-to players. We are on the brink of finding those players. This weekend is very import for us to get back into the race.

After coming back from the Christmas weekend, I thought our desire was better. I thought we had a better feel for the game and we were able to use our deep bench.

We were all trying to put the package back together, because it was dismantled in L.A.. That wasn't a true expression of our team.

We did what we needed to do to put ourselves in better position. This was an important week. We needed these two wins to give us a chance.

Cal is playing the same defense it always has, but offensively it is much more dangerous. The post game they have is something we haven't seen.

It took us too long to go inside. The zone gave us the open looks and we just took the first one instead of going inside-out.

It's a big weekend, a very competitive weekend. After a little disappointment down in L.A. (against UCLA and USC), we look at this as an opportunity. And now we are ready to compete and defend Mac Court.
