"Barry Hinson", is an American college basketball coach and the current head coach of the Southern Illinois Salukis men's basketball team. He was most recently the Director of Men's Basketball Operations at the University of Kansas. He also appeared weekly on the 1320 KLWN radio show Rock Chalk Sports Talk in which he participated in a segment called "Basketball & BBQ." On March 28, 2012, Hinson was announced the head coach of Southern Illinois University's men's basketball team.
