We talk for people who won't come forward and complain about a situation. It's hard for one person to do it. But if you have a bunch of people doing it, you can get done so much.

It's not up to the police department, it's not up to the mayor and council to solve our problems all the time. Sometimes we need to step up and be accountable for what's going on in our neighborhood.
