It was a wild one today. The wind was howling and we had a few questionable calls from the judges go against us. I feel good heading into tomorrow. An 11-point deficit isn't too hard to overcome.

I really felt we had to get to the free-throw line by getting penetration inside, and in the first half I think we were too timid. We also needed to take care of the basketball. That's an outstanding team over there, and you can't win if you don't take care of the basketball.

The doctor's said that I couldn't come back. But coach (Jack) Clark was always optimistic that I would be back for this.

Great basketball teams are great during crunch time. I don't think we gave them the game. They stepped up and took it from us.

I think we tried to play at their pace, and we can't run with them. It got away from us in the second quarter.

This was not a spontaneous public action, ... It was closely organized and closely coordinated by a series of agitators.

Now I want to let my football do the talking and fire Crystal Palace back to the Premiership.

They made no effort to win and admitted that themselves afterwards.

From ball one, they played out for a draw and it was absolutely tedious and very disappointing.
