We're all so close. It was just amazing for us. We were almost crying.

I'm very happy with my ball and rope.

She's a huge support for me. Whenever I have a chance, I love just talking to her.

It (winning gold) is so important because it's been so long since Canada's been on top and it's just amazing for our country and our sport. We're so happy to go home with a gold.

It was a goal of mine, and I was expecting to do it if I performed well. I'm always nervous until all the scores are out.

To have six is a bit unreal. I hope that this boosts the popularity of rhythmic gymnastics in Canada and people take it more seriously. Not many people even know what it is.

It's harder for us to crack into that top 15 at the international stage. So this [Commonwealth Games] is a great confidence booster for all these athletes here.

I can't describe what happened. Everything is very vivid within my mind. I knew I could get good results, I was sure of my skill, but this... Well, this was more than I expected. It was a surprise for me, too.
