Here we have a chance to look at the street system, public open space, to ask ourselves what are the things there we want to keep of great historic and cultural significance.

During the public review process, one of the things that came out loud and clear is that people wanted their skyline back, and so as part of the instructions we gave to these designers, we said: Put the skyline back.
