There's a law on the books already that requires public entities to have a nearly lead-free system. I think it's something like 8 percent, they want to reduce it to .25 percent.

The month of November to the month of March we have less maintenance. But with all the rain we have right now the grass is going to grow. Mowing the grass is one of the biggest expenses we have.
