There is no doubt in our minds there is an extraordinary value for the preservation of this. It is not for everybody. There is clearly a premium to pay for it.

We gave up on Elgin six to seven months ago. We now have a full-blown permit to submit for sewage treatment for the east side of the development. It will take six to nine months for a permit for the west side.
