I left this shallot race. I wanted to make another style of restaurant. I didn't want the stars anymore, but I can't do anything. Michelin says they give stars to whomever they want.

I didn't believe in this luxurious and expensive system any more. Those bills at 400 euros, we don't need them anymore.
