"Albert L. "Al" Skinner, Jr." is an American men's college basketball head coach and a former collegiate and professional basketball player. He was formerly the head coach of the Boston College Eagles men's basketball/Boston College men's basketball team and is currently an assistant at Bryant University.

Because I've been allowed to stay long enough, I think that's part of the reason that this has occurred, along with, obviously, having some very fine players who've worked their tails off to build this program and bring about stability in this program.

We've obviously got to play some games without him. So we're proceeding as if we're playing without him and getting ourselves prepared, with the understanding that if he comes back, he's only going to improve our situation.

The thing about it for us is we'll have to do what we do, and hopefully that's enough to win the basketball game.
